
What documents do I need to start the application process?
Insure you have the mortgage that is right for you. Let us formulate a mortgage that best fits your financial objectives.
Please find below a checklist of documents that is required for ust to determine lender-buyer correlation.
1) Agreement of purchase and sale.
2) Copy of 2 items of identification.
3) Proof of down payment (can be provided in one or more of the following documents ):
-3 month saving/chequing account history
- Investment statements
- RRSP statements
- GIC statements
- Offer to sell if down payment comes from sale of exitsting property.
4) Income
Please prepare your income letters, last 2 pay slips, T4 for 2003, tax assessment for last 2 years.
5) If your credit is new, bank reference letter and landlord letter may be required.
6) Mortgage application filled and signed by all applicants ( to be completed at mortgage office ).
7) Lawyer information.
